This radio was manufactured around 1940 and was the portable of the day. It is a fabric coved wooden box measuring 35cm (14 inches) across the front x 30cm (12 inches) high x 22cm (8.5 inches) deep with a hinged cover door on the front to protect the speaker and dials. On the back it has a screw on panel which you remove to access the batteries (not included). A blast from the past.
